Quality is not produced by machines and computers: Well thought-out constructions, the selection of first class raw materials, conscientious manufactured and backed by an indispensable attribute of our organization in our products.

We have an expert pool of “Quality Check Inspectors”, who implement stringent checks in all the pre and post production operations. Production is randomly selected and subjected to in-house dynamic testing as per International Standards (ANSI, BIFMA, DIN, EN, CMA/FIRA, etc...) for the integrity and endurance of the products.

Our durability test imposes upto 150000 cycles on Castors. We also use a wide range of drop weights & drop height for impact test & several other tests as water resistance test, cold weather test, corrosion test & functional test.

Our technical designers systematically investigates the properties of different materials and combinations of materials, so that each castor can optimally fulfil its function in practice.

This empowers us to manufacture precision quality Castors Wheels that are consistent in quality and perform well even under the most arduous conditions.
