What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• Products used under normal operating conditions.
• Designed and tested as per BIS, BIFMA, EN, ISO standards.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, or improper fitment.
• Normal wear & tear or cosmetic changes (scratches, colour fading).
• Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or extreme conditions.
• Third-party handling or components not supplied by Regal.
• Indirect losses (business downtime, profit loss, reputational impact).

Warranty Duration

• Regal products are covered under warranty of up to 12 years.
• Warranty terms vary by product category:
  • 2 Years → Conductive / ESD / Anti-Static castors (with cleaning requirement).
  • 3, 5, 7 or 12 Years → As specified at the time of supply (invoice, certificate, or product datasheet).

Claim Process

• Keep your original invoice and Regal-issued warranty certificate.
• Return defective products to Regal freight-prepaid for inspection.
• If validated, Regal will repair, replace, or issue a credit note.
• Return freight of valid claims will be borne by Regal.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage

• Regal warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions.
• Products are designed and tested to conform to applicable BIS, BIFMA, EN, ISO standards.
• Warranty coverage is linked strictly to the invoice date of supply.

Warranty Duration

• Regal products are covered under a limited warranty of up to Twelve (12) Years from the date of
  supply.
• The specific warranty term (2, 3, 5, 7 or 12 years) will be declared at the time of supply via
  product specification sheets, order confirmations, invoices, or warranty certificates.
• Conductive / ESD / Anti-Static Castors are covered by a Two (2) Year warranty term, subject to
  proper usage and periodic cleaning of the tread to maintain conductivity.
• Warranty period always commences from the invoice date.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
• Normal wear and tear from regular usage.
• Failures caused by overloading, unsuitable flooring, improper fitment, or use outside specified load ratings.
• Surface finishes, colour fading, or cosmetic changes not affecting functionality.
• Damages from third-party components, subcontractor handling, or conditions outside Regal’s control.
• Environmental or chemical exposure, moisture, or temperature beyond design tolerance.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (profit loss, business interruption, reputational impact).

Warranty Claim Procedure

• Claims must be supported by:
  • The original invoice or authorized proof of supply, and
  • The Regal Castors Warranty Certificate issued for the product.
• In absence of these, Regal may, at its sole discretion, validate claims based on internal traceability
  or customer supply history.
• Defective products must be returned freight-prepaid to Regal for inspection.
• If validated, Regal will bear return freight and provide repair/replacement/credit note.
• Replacement parts/products are covered only for the balance of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

• Regal’s liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific part supplied, irrespective of the
  value of the furniture or equipment it is fitted into.
• Regal shall not be responsible for on-site labour, dismantling/reassembly, downtime, or business
  loss.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This warranty shall be governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
